Sarah Palin and I have very much in common. We were athletes and the two have been civil servants in small peoples. We like going fishing (and I am proud of my aim but I still cannot discover what is needed to shoot for sport to a God's creature), the two have the attitude of being able to do and serious spiritual lives but we do not agree when we speak about privacy matters and the familiar planning.
Perhaps be my roots independent from New England or the tolerance cuáquera in me, which planted the simple belief of that the personal decisions across all the important decisions of the life, as when to have children, there are absolutely a matter of familiar privacy. The decisions that other persons do about the size and of when is not to have family a matter of anybody, not at least to speak about it. From which I avenge that it is called chismerío. It is not also a matter of anybody how a family chooses to carry the dignity matters during a death, this is to get into the foreign thing morbidly. It is not the right of anybody, at least in this country, to insist that only there is a way of believing or of naming to the Big Power or that there is only one ingenious of honoring to the holiness of the life.
Ú ltimamente we have listened to the phrase “it is a private familiar matter” used to protect the innocent children of the candidates, and I agree with that, but it has been listened more like a shield to prepare to the means to speak about the families of the politicians who are parading, that like a sincere belief that we all must be protected from the brilliant lights without invitation, the opinions and the desire of others, including the government. I owe to have lost something in the way, but: from when the medical decisions of the women – and we the women know that the pregnancy is a spiritual and medical condition to the time - did it stop being a “private familiar matter”?
Instead of honoring the discussions deprived between the women and his families, between families and his doctors, between the people and his God, groups who are autonamed they want to dictate the last word to themselves in matters that do not have why to be close. This dangerous interference is happening in many areas of the life of the people, from the intrusion of the government in the discussion deprived of when a member of the family he must die to leaders who profess to know the proper mysteries of the life. From the access to the birth control and emergency contraception up to the decision of not planned when pregnancy it must continue.
