In the last days of his administration, George Bush began the process of nationalizing the banks in the United States. The Congress, for being the entity that in accordance with the Constitution, which controls the money, accepted the plans presented by the Department of the Treasure and the Federal Reservation to save the lenders and the international buyers of mortgages sub-standard (of risk).
The plan was basically to provide liquidity to the banks so that these in turn began to be big enough and it was approved without safe-conducts. The plan that Bush defended was of $ 700.000 millions to begin. To finance these astronomical numbers the Congress he authorized an increase in the total of the national debt to 1.1 trillions of dollars.

The plan Bush was not sufficient. Now the new administration of the United States has to get into debt to the nation more than it is to solve the problem that there created those who gained fabulous sums selling by installments mortgages and actions on them. To come to the first trillion in debts took the United States 232 years, it will go over to the second trillion in only a few months.
Bush finished his order. Whatever happens, the taxpayers we are going to end up by paying for the plates that it broke. Therefore, we have right to claim to him to the Congress and to the new administration that the help is given to the victims and not to the killers.
