“ Mister Castillo – it added - it was placed in the middle of a dangerous situation to assist to one of our officials in risk … The Award to the Civil Value is projected to recognize a citizen who should realize an act of extreme courage and should put his own safety in risk to help an official of our police”.
After congratulating to Castle, the police chief delivered to him the distinction consisting of a diploma with a badge and the official certification of the department.
In the ceremony also there was present the police officer Charles Mottey, who embraced thrilled his opportune savior.

The official faced the suspect and when it was trying to take it in care, this one became irate and attacked the police officer in such a way that it threw it to the apartment and then it tried to reach his weapon.
“ In this moment of danger I found the help of mister Castillo, who not only managed to separate the attacker but allowed me the sufficient time so that I could react and arrest the suspect”, expressed Mottey.
