The president Fernando Lugo admitted on Monday, the 13th to be the dad of the child Guillermo Armindo Lugo, born two years ago when now chief was an emeritus bishop of the diocese of San Pedro, in the north of the country.

Fariña also informed that Lugo "will auto-return itself" half of his salary of approximately 3.000 dollars, from which he resigned on having assumed the power, to face to the expenses for the care and maintenance of his son.
