With his sweeping victory in the elections of Sunday, the 3rd, which contrasts with victories of the left in the hemisphere, the right-wing Ricardo Martinelli would not have excuses to impel the change that it proclaimed in the electoral campaign: his coalition reached a wide support and everything indicates that it will control the legislative one.
The 57-year-old multimillionaire businessman and who headed the Alliance for the Change, won contundentemente leftist Balbina Herrera, of a coalition headed by the Democratic Revolutionary Party (PRD), of the president Martín Torrijos.

The president Fernando Lugo accepted on Monday, the 4th to surrender to an ADN examination to determine if a 6-year-old child of age called Lucas Fernando is or not his son.
Marcos Fariña, lawyer and spokesman of the chief for particular matters, declared the journalists that "we were notified by the court of the childhood and the adolescence of City of the East (to 340 kilometers to the east of Asunción) for the demand of affiliation presented by Benign Leguizamón", of 25 years of age and ex-employee of the episcopate of San Pedro where supposedly it supported relations with the catholic bishop of that time and today head of state.

Leguizamón is the second woman who claimed to Lugo the parenthood of his child.
