Benign Leguizamón, the second woman who denounced the president Fernando Lugo for supposed irresponsible parenthood, he affirmed on Tuesday, the 23rd to a radio station that his first sexual relation with the catholic ex-bishop was a violation.
The president Lugo referred the same day to the accusation during a press conference in the government palace and said to the journalists that “this topic is in the judicial sector and they must speak with my lawyer".

Leguizamón, in declarations to the radio Our Lady Glorifying of City of the East, made sure that Lugo "violated me when we had relations for the first time...".
The denunciation was reproduced by radio stations of Asunción and the newspaper Ultima Hora included on his electronic page an information with a video in which Leguizamón does his denunciation.
The fact would have happened in 2001 when the informer was 17 years old, in the episcopate of San Pedro, to 340 kilometers to the north, where now head of state was fulfilling clerical functions and the woman was the manager of the cleanliness.

" The law says that a President of the Republic cannot appear before a magistrate, therefore it will not go to City of the East, (on the border with Brazil). In any case, they can come to the presidential residence in Asunción for the analyses", it clarified.
In last April, 26-year-old Viviana Carrillo, was the woman first in claiming and in obtaining the recognition of his small Guillermo Armindo as son of the head of state.
A third woman, Damiana Hortensia Morán, said to the press that also there conceived a son of Lugo of name Juan Pablo, of 18 months of age, but he affirmed that it will not do any claim.

The district attorney's office asked on Thursday the Supreme Court to return a military chief whom the president Manuel Zelaya dismissed in eve for not respecting his disposition to support it in a popular consultation to reform the Constitution of Honduras.
“ It is an illegal order that no civil servant must respect and this is not a cause for a dismissal”, said in press conference the district attorney general Luis Alberto Rubí.

Pero Vásquez refused to respect on Wednesday night the presidential disposition and Zelaya dismissed it.
At least five state organisms have declared the intention of the president illegal: the General Prosecutor's Office, the Supreme Court, the attorney general's office, the Congress, the Electoral Supreme Court and the National Commissioner of Human rights.
