The event was organized by the associate free State of Puerto Rico Administration of Federal Matter of Puerto Rico. The sponsored official was Rums of Puerto Rico, Banco Popular and Puerto Rico Convention Bureau. The event was realized in National Geographic Societe, on December 10. |
