On Sunday, the 27th of September thousands of persons gave themselves appointment to take part of the traditional Latin Festival, which as in the previous years it presented the parade of the nations along the street of Mount Pleasant where coloring walk-ons were shown.
After overcoming some impases as the late arrival of the scaffold in one of the streets indicated for the artists' presentation, there initiated the "Holiday" with a rhythm waste color and flavor that lasted approximately seven hours.
Between the artists who stood out with his brilliant presentation we could see Vicky Leyva, the numerous delegation of the Bolivian folklore and to the Peasant Javier.
During the event there became present the mayor of the city Adrian Fenty, between other authorities like the delegate of Maryland, Ann Sol Gutiérrez and the councilman of the District I of DC, Jim Graham.

“Finally!”, Marc Anthony shouted to any lung and equal his followers answered to the famous Puerto Rican singer in his first concert in the Mexican capital.
The salsero exhibited flavor, emotion and his powerful voice before a public eager listen to it and that did not hesitate to chorus it and even to do a "wave" to entertain it.
The singer returned fully the enthusiasm of the Mexicans who gave him flags of Mexico and of Puerto Rico, on having sung with vibrant voice and supported high notes some of his biggest successes like “So much fear of getting lost”, “It was worth while”, “Against the current” and “Now who”, between others.
In the middle of the collective rejoicing, which was as if Anthony had managed to transport the cadenza and the heat of the Caribbean Sea to a humid and cold Mexico for the rain, the artist took hold one of the camerawomen that were transmitting the concert on two giant screens and turned the public over, for which he "apologized" saying that it was “it was taught to the children”, in reference to his children.
The singer overcame with his voice the usual barriers concerning the sound in a stadium that was not prepared for concerts, filling with his interpretations every corner of the stadium.
“I do not want to go away!”, it exclaimed to half of his day, starting screams of the multitude.

The tickets to see the documentary of Michael Jackson are selling like warm bread about the world.
According to the company Sony Pictures, hundreds of functions have become exhausted since it started the sale of earnings on Sunday for the limited functions of “Michael Jackson: This Is It”.
The full-lenght film was constructed by material recorded during the essays for the series of concerts that it would offer in London and that were frustrated with the death of the singer on June 25.
The documentary will be exhibited on October 28 for two weeks only.
Functions to see the advances, also became exhausted. 3.000 tickets for the exhibitions in Los Angeles sold in only two hours, after which some fanatics did line with up to three days of anticipation.
Sony said that 30.000 earnings sold in 24 hours in London, while tickets at the price of a million dollars sold in Japan in the same period of time.

Governing cinematographic Roman Polanski was arrested by the Swiss police for a possible extradition to the United States after having been accused of supporting sexual relations with a 13-year-old girl in 1977, announced the authorities.
Polanski was going to the film festival of Zurick to receive an honorific award when it was stopped on Saturday, the 26th of September in the airport, reported the Swiss minister of Justice in a bulletin. He added that the American authorities have tried to arrest the 76-year-old director all over the world from 2005.
“ A valid arrest request existed and we knew that it was coming”, told Guido Balmer, spokesman of the department. “For this motive it was taken under care”.
Balmer said that the United States would have now time to request formally an extradition.
Polanski fled of the United States in 1978, one year after having pled guilty to having had illegal sexual relations with a 13-year-old girl.
The Swiss bulletin said that Polanski was officially in “provisional detention for extradition”, but he added that it would not be transferred to the American authorities but until all the procedures should complete. Polanski can refute his detention and any decision of extradition in the Swiss courts, he said the document.
In France, the minister of Culture Frederic Mitterand said that it remained "astonished" for the Polanski arrest and added that “it is hard grieved that inflicts a new test on someone who has already experienced so many people”.
