It surrounds 40.000 persons they gave themselves appointment in "Holiday DC" in the Street Mount Pleasant in the Northwest of Washington on Sunday, the 28th of September, where they enjoyed food of their own countries, contests for big and small, the traditional music in a big cultural spectacle of our community. The Heredity and the Hispanic Culture were represented by most of our Latin countries, with the beauty of his wives and accompanists commemorating our values and traditions.
The sponsors of this big event with motive to the Celebration of the "Month of the Hispanic Heredity" saw the happy achievement of his support to the organizers of Holiday DC 2008.

Paul Newman, the winning superstar of the Oscar that led memorable anti-heroes in movies like Hud, Cool hand Luke and The color of the money, died on Friday, the 26th of September. The legendary actor was 83 years old.
Newman, who also had a trajectory like activist, pilot of cars of careers, proprietor of racing teams of the motoring and enclosed businessman of corn rosettes, died on Friday in his country-house close to Westport, Connecticut, after a long struggle against the cancer, reported his publicist Jeff Sanderson.

It acted along with Elizabeth Taylor, Lauren Bacall, Tom Cruise, Tom Hanks and with Robert Redford, his partner of adventures in Butch Cassidy and The blow.
