After confirming to him that the bony remains found in a wooded area of Orlando (Florida) correspond to the genetic profile of the three-year-old girl Caylee Marie Anthony, missing person six months ago, the authorities programmed the second autopsy to try to establish of what way she was murdered. The tests, nevertheless, are sinking increasingly the mother of the victim, 22-year-old Casey Anthony, at present in prison.

The case of the kidling, whose disappearance and search shook to the country, was clarified on Friday, the 19th. An examination of ADN practised on the human remains discovered by a worker inside a plastic bag they determined in a conclusive way that not only they belong to Caylee but it was a question of a murder.

Jan Garavaglida, a police physician of the county of Orange, said that the causes of the death did not manage to decide, due to the state in which the remains were. Nevertheless, the experts concluded that it was a question of a murder “due to the circumstantial tests found in the place of the crime”.

Until now the only accused is Casey Anthony, who did not bring the disappearance of his daughter up to one month after happened and after a desperate search done by the mother's parents.
The find of the remains took place on Thursday, the 11th of December, to little more of half a mile of the residence where Caylee was living with his grandparents and his mother.

More evidences
This fact determined that detectives of the county of Orange and of the FBI were practising another search in the above mentioned housing, to gather more evidences, which they withdrew in a bag on Saturday, the 20th. Casey Anthony is sued by murder in the first grade and another five charges. The police support that tests sufficient exist to accuse it, between them that the lifeless body of the minor was in some moment in the porter of the motorcar of the mother, who remained impregnated with stench to corpse mixed with a strong smell to chloroform.

In his defense, Casey insists that she left his daughter with a babysitter on June 16; nevertheless, it did not inform the disappearance of the girl until July.

It will not go to the burial
A spokesman of the prison confirmed on Tuesday, the 23rd that Casey Anthony will not be authorized to be present either at the funeral acts or at the burial of his daughter, not only for the charge of murder that relapses against the mother but for the safety risks that his presence might transport.

George and Cindy Anthony, the grandparents of Caylee, have programmed a private service and a public ceremony in memory of the minor, whose date is dependent on the achievement of the new autopsy of the remains.
