Barack Obama did not amount to the national category until July, 2004. It was then when the young and promising talent pronounced the central speech in the convention of the democrats before the presidential elections.
With his call to have value and hope one made to raise of the chairs the members of the party. And the same year managed to jump to the Senate with two thirds of the votes, turning into the African American only one of the Senate.
Obama studied two years in Western College before the University of Columbia was transferred. There he studied Political sciences, with a specialization in International relations. After his studies, Obama traveled to Chicago, where there were organizing assets of the community, in the side of the south of the city.
It moved away from Chicago for three years to study right in the University of Harvard. There Obama was the first elect president afroestadounidense of Harvard Law Review and he graduated like great cum laude (with the maximum honors).
After studying in Harvard, Obama returned to Chicago, where it began to be employed at a Juridical Commission for the Civil rights and got out of debt like teacher of Constitutional law in the University of Chicago.
In 1996, Obama was chosen like Senator of the state of Illinois representing Hyde Park in the city of Chicago, where he was considered to be a firm liberal.

Obama came to Chicago more than two decades ago as a young idealist, who wanted to help to the poor and, perhaps, to write books. He did not know anything about how the things were managing in the city famous by the rudeness that was dominating the politics, but she could listen and was learning rapidly. He liked speaking about the social changes.
It entered to the politics for the lowest step. As base militant, fought for preserving the works in the depressed metal industry, for improving the public services and for all that that was helping to improve the life of the poor.

His father, called also Barack Obama, was a Kenyan of black race of a small village that achieved a scholarship to study in the University of Hawaii. His mother, Stanley Ann Dunham (whose father always loved a male) was of white race and he was 18 years old when they were known.
Barack – that it means "blessed" in Arab - was born on August 4, 1961. The marriage of his parents lasted little.
His father went to study Harvard when his son was two years old and returned once, eight years later.
Of his mother, he says, Obama "he inherited his aptitude to construct bridges between the people and to support an open mind; also he inherited his adventurous spirit, his curiosity and his altruism".
His grandmother Madelyn left to him his "pragmatic sense, his good judgment, his aptitude to support the calmness during a thunderstorm".
Of his grandfather Stanley he had left "his passion for the life. The grandfather lived to plenitude, with a big enthusiasm and a big sense of the possibilities".
