The Norwegian committee of the Nobel Prize sustained in a declaration that delivered the award to Obama “for his extraordinary efforts to strengthen the international diplomacy and cooperation between the peoples”.

We believe, how the above mentioned committee has indicated it, that the president Obama I have done singular efforts for “curing the breach” between Occident and the Moslem world. Also, his initiative to withdraw the proposal of a shield antimissile in Europe has contributed to the creation of “a world with less tensions”.

And also we consider, like the president Obama on having accepted the award, that “this award must be shared by all those that are polished for achieving the justice and dignity, for the young woman who goes silently in the streets, even before drubbing and bullets, to defend his right to be listened; for the leader imprisoned in your own house because rehúsa to resign from his commitment with the democracy; for the soldier who sacrificed himself during a service period after other for the good of someone to another side of the planet, and for all the men and women about the world who sacrifice his safety and his freedom, and sometimes the life, for the cause of the peace”.
