This year the Festival will be carried out from October 7 until November 15 and it will be provided with the participation of companies of Peru, Dominican Republic, Uruguay, Spain, Paraguay, Argentina and Venezuela.

With the premiere in the United States, of a stage play of the Uruguayan playwright, Block Larreta, the Theater of The Moon inaugurates the eleventh Festival of Latin-American Theater. “Voices of Spain and America” there is the name of the production that assembles two teachers of the art of saying: Block Larreta and Beatriz Massons.
This year the Theater of The Moon has elected Larreta as an honorary president of the festival. The estará presente along with his partner of the stage, Beatriz Massons, during the reception of opening that will be realized on Tuesday, the 7th of October in Rosslyn Spectrum Theater, located in 1611 North Kent St., Arlington, Virginia. The same day will release “Voices of Spain and America” with what one will declare the officially inaugurated festival.
As every year the representation of other works that are part of the festival they will be realized in Gunston Arts Center-Teatro Dos, located in 2700 South Lang St., Arlington, Virginia.
