The movie of Danny Boyle, Slumdog Millionaire, it took neither more nor less than eight awards Oscars, between which they were of better movie, better governing and better adapted script. The success of this movie has been applauded in half a world, and by half in India.
In this country there is framed the movie of the English director, who shows a suburbs India, brutal police officers and extreme misery. It has been this slightly favoring portrait of the India what has infuriated personalities and artists of the country.
Some local film makers have considered the movie to be as “a pornography of the poverty”. Priyadarshan Nair, Indian film director, was making sure that the Boyle work is “like a mediocre Bollywood movie” and that they have used badly some “elements of Indian movies”.
