A very new model but with a very sports design and that ranges between a station wagon and a SUV the market tries “to break” in the metropolitan area of Washington DC.
There talks each other of the crossover Toyota Venza 2009, which units are going out because of 70.000 every month from the plant of Georgetown, in Kentucky, and which they already are at the disposal of the public in the concessionaires Toyota of the whole nation.

Gallart told that 2009 there are interested in the Toyota Venza especially buyers older than 25 years, young businessmen or professionals, “to who he likes to lead a vehicle of bold and sports lines, with a powerful engine and with big rims of 19 and 20 inches alloy, very masculine”.
As for the engines, it can have 2.7 of 4 cylinders with a potency of 182 horsepowers, and a 3.5 liters V6 that develops 268 HP. Both models include an automatic gearbox of 6 speeds.
The interior of Toyota Venza 2009 counts with a color adequacy cream in the seats in skin and interiors of the doors with the black of the carpeting of the board and with the wooden insertions in the central console.
In the dealer “355 Toyota” this model is to the sale in colors silver-plated, white, black, blue, green and red, “which are available for immediate delivery”, indicates Gallart.
The interior is spacious for five passengers and it loads behind the second seats line. The box of rear load has a low height that it facilitates to raise and to unload bundles.
The Venza 2009 offers itself in eight bundles of possible accessories, with options like seats and frill of leather, heating in the seats, camera of rear vision or automatic change of lights – of long to felling and vice versa - when in the night one crosses with cars straight ahead.
Also four individual options are offered: I equip with audio JBL, navigator, double solar roof (sunroof) and team of 9 inches screen and DVD for the rear seats.
Since it will be able to appreciate, for all the tastes.
And to do a completely sure vehicle there will include the system STAR DE TOYOTA, ABS, ESP and electronic distribution of the force of braking.

Several German motorcars producers study the lightest manufacture of a bodywork from materials like the aluminum and the magnesium to save fuels, in difficult times for the economy, the ecology and the energy.
Similar technology has been started between the American manufacturers, like General Motors.
The initiative departs from the beginning of which the magnesium, a light metal, exercises an almost magic “” effect in the production, on having allowed to reduce the entire weight of the bodywork of a motorcar even in 30 per cent and with it, save fuel.
The magnesium is, also, two third parts lighter than the steel and a third more than the aluminum.
With this intention there was implemented a group of work into which there have integrated diverse companies related to the self-propelled ones and that it will be directed by the investigator Walter Reimers, of the Institute for the Science and Material engineering of the Technical University of Berlin.
Reimers told that until now there had failed the large-scale introduction of this type of material because it is “hardly deformable and presents rigidity”.
The German builder Volkswagen is one of the promoters of the project “Superlight-Car“ (light super car), developed in the frame of the European Union, in which they take part self-propelled like Volvo, Fiat, Opel, Renault, Mercedes and Porsche along with investigation institutions.
A Passat, of the mark Volkswagen, has the framework of the frill or the oil pan of the gearbox in aluminum, while the first metal frameworks of the door of the porter were taking place in aluminum in the model Lupo.

Only three days after informing the American government that General Motors Corp might get rid of his mark Saab, with head office in Sweden. (GM) tackled on Friday, the 20th the reorganization of the thrashed unit.
GM wants to get rid also of his marks Hummer and Saturn, while it tries to preserve cash and to concentrate on his most quoted marks: Chevrolet, Cadillac, Buick and GMC, to avoid a fall without precedents in the world sales of motorcars.
Apparently, the crisis has forced the giant self-propelled American to react more quickly than to never get rid of not profitable marks, leaving that the European governments decide if it is worth while saving these companies.
In failure. - Saab declared himself on Friday, the 20th in failure so that the unit could separate or sell, said his leaders.
The Swedish government pushed the same day a financial aid request back for Saab. GM, who in turn looks for help of the American government to avoid the failure there, has looked for buyers for Saab but it announced that he needs more funds.
“ We have explored and we will keep on exploring all the options available for financing and/or for selling Saab and one determined that a formal restructuring will be the best way to create a truly independent entity ready for investment”, pointed out in a declaration the managing director of Saab, Jan Ake Jonsson.

The pilot Matt Kenseth, winner of 500 Miles of Daytona, obtained on Sunday, the 22nd, to the rudder of a racing car Ford, his second consecutive victory on having born a tremendous dashing of Jeff Gordon to gain the career Edict Club 500 of the serial NASCAR.
Kenseth took the leadership from Gordon in the pits when 38 returns of 250 were missing and he was supported in the top in the battle between ex-champions of the Cup Sprint of NASCAR, becoming alienated his pursuer in 20 final returns.
Pilot Colombian Juan Pablo Montoya came to the goal in the position 11.
It is the first occasion in which a driver of the Cup gains the first two tests of the period since Gordon did in 1997 his way to the second one of his four championships.
“ It is a grand team”, affirmed Kenseth. “I am grateful to these boys. They gave me a big attention in pits and allowed me to go out with clear track, and this simply is an enormous difference”, he mentioned.
Kenseth and Gordon were much more rapid than the rest of the competitors in the end, becoming alienated from the group.
“ It was very entertaining”, said Gordon. “East is a new team and they showed it this night. We still have some work for doing.
On one hand I am thrilled because we ran very well and began the period of a magnificent way, but on the other hand I am still annoying because I feel that we had the necessary thing to win today”, it pointed out.
The third Kenseth victory was in the egg-shaped Motor-racing circuit an Edict two miles Club and the fifth consecutive victory in February of the co-owner of the team Jack Roush.
