The American manufacturer Chrysler LLC declared himself from Thursday, the 30th of April in bankruptcy under protection of creditors and announced that it will suspend temporarily most of his production of vehicles while it completes an agreement with the self-propelled Italian Fiat.
The creditors do not want to do any more authorizations to reduce 6.900 million dollars of debts to real guarantee contracted by Chrysler. The bankruptcy will allow to a judge to decide the quantity that the creditors will get for his loans.

In bankruptcy, Chrysler will produce motorcars and the government will endorse his guarantee. Still, Chrysler announced the same Thursday that will suspend temporarily the production in almost all his plants.
After the exit of the bankruptcy, the company will be a property of the trade union United Auto Workers, the American government and Fiat. The governments of Canada and the province of Ontario, which they contributed to the financing, they will have minority shares.
At last and with the time Fiat might still end up by being the majority shareholder. The lawyers of the American company have said that this one will present a request to sell practically all his assets to Fiat.
The president Barack Obama indicated that Chrysler Financial, the financial arm of the company that turns credits to buyers and distributors to finance his inventories, will be fused by GMAC Financial Services, once the financial arm of General Motors Corp. New GMAC will receive governmental support and the number of distributors of Chrysler will be the same way limited.
Together with the acceptance of an agreement with Fiat, the trade union United Auto Workers (UAW) ratified on Wednesday night an agreement of labor authorizations and of wage benefits.
The Department of the Treasure came to an agreement at the beginning of week with four banks that there possesses most of the debt of Chrsyler in exchange for 2.000 million dollars in cash.
Still, the government said that approximately 40 funds high risk that they have 30 per cent had to sign the same way an agreement so that the agreement was viable. These creditors considered the unjust conditions and thought that it would be lucky with the judge of bankruptcies and the possibility to receive more by every dollar invested in the self-propelled one.

Extending his scale of luxurious vehicles, Infiniti introduces the convertible version of the series G. The first we saw the sedan of four doors G35 in 2002, later the version coupé in 2003 and now the convertible one. When Infiniti introduced initially the sedan G35 and the Coupé set off to any march rival of the series turned seriously 3 of BMW that was dominating the segment of small luxurious cars. Now the Convertible G will come in two models: G37 Convertible and G37 Convertible Sport.

The G has space for four passengers but I do not recommend any adult to occupy the rear seats for the long time, although the engineers mention to us that the above mentioned seats have more space than the convertible BMW and the new Lexus convertible IS.
Entire serviceability. - The leather seats with system of standard warming are comfortable and they have horn optional Bose (part of the system Bose Open Air Sound System) integrated to the seat so that the passengers do not lose well-known only one of his favorite songs.
The climatic system. - Also it is technologically advanced like the audio system since the temperature fits automatically when the open bonnet is. If it is very cold out, the system automatically warms the interior and vice versa.
Of course the Convertible G comes with accessories like Bluetooth, system of radio satellite and system of navigation Infiniti with trailing of traffic XM NavTraffic (a system that detects the traffic in the highways) and iPod integration.
In the highway to Handle the Convertible G is a real pleasure. The suspension is sports while his luxurious cabin keeps you comfortable in every moment. The brakes are the best and they stop to the moment. One of the things that I loved of the G is the sound of the engine that goes out of the tailpipe and that sounds as if it was more an Italian engine than Japanese.
Leading this model with the open bonnet I verified that there is nothing like handling a convertible one in a beautiful day. As interesting fact, Infiniti mentions to us that 60 % of the buyers of convertible lives in areas of cold temperatures and wants a convertible one to enjoy the summer.
The prices of the Convertible one have not been announced yet but we know that they will be between 40 and 50 thousand dollars depending on the options. The sales of the Infiniti fell down 16,4 per cent compared to last year and they say to us that it glides that 20 per cent of his vehicles are convertible. In these difficult times it makes me very happy to see the Japanese manufacturer introducing a tremendous convertible one to extend and to complete his scale of the models G.
