Although the Jaguar XF has all the elements to be a sports sedan really, it has the appearance of a luxurious sedan with sports tendencies.

The XF is the most recent model of Jaguar, a sedan that assembles the most admired characteristics of the mark: design, luxury and yield. I have to confess it: I am a Jaguar fanatic, and the XF is replete with these elements that make us salivate to the enthusiasts.
Jaguar is a mark that is associated with the English tradition and the design of luxurious cars for an exclusive elite. Although it is still like that, the XF represents a new direction more modern that initiates the Jaguar evolution about the next decades.

After the rudder, the XF feels as a sports car and the interior design is simply exquisite.

Whenever I enter the cabin of a new Jaguar, the first thing that attracts attention of me it is the aroma of the leather, this unforgettable and only fragrance of the Jaguar. The car that I handled had the leather combination color ivory, with metallic touches and of walnut wood in the board and the console. The cabin feels small for the exterior size of the car. For example, with the exact front seat and my favorite distance, wide space was not staying for the legs of the passenger behind me; the porter is quite long but low of height, limiting significantly the size of the objects that can be transported. Nevertheless, two bags of sticks of golf would fit perfectly.
After the rudder, the XF feels as a sports car, and immediately you realize that the cabin was designed by the philosophy of preferring the form to the function. The column for the axle under the central console is quite protuberant in the cabin, owed partly to that the design of the bodywork is low and aerodynamic.
The interior design is simply exquisite, with elegance touches everywhere. My only problem with the interior there were the texture and appearance of the plastic used in the console central and board – that honestly seem extracted of a car of much minor price - and the chrome touches of the goatee of changes that reflect the sun in the eyes of the driver at the hours of the midday. Will it be that as in England it is not very sunny they did not realize when they were designing it? Although certainly this also is a problem in several cars that I have proved lately, how some Audi and Nissan.
The XF includes showy elements that impress to the multitudes, like the ventillas of the air conditioning that open and close automatically whenever it ignites or extinguishes the car, and the automatic transmission that occurs by means of a goatee (instead of the typical lever) mounted in the central console. This goatee also appears and hides from way motorized in the console on having lit and to extinguish the car. The truth is that I do not find the function to any of these mechanisms, apart from impressing your friends.
Sports tendencies
Being a sedan with sports tendencies, the suspension of the XF is firm, ready to attack these entertaining curves with big composure. But the 19 inches rims accentuate excessively the imperfection of the paving and it seems to me that in general the handling experience is very hard for the daily handling, especially speaking about a car of such a luxury.
In my opinion, although the XF has all the elements to be a sports sedan really, it is in fact a luxurious sedan with sports tendencies. The engine V8 of 4.2 produces 300 horsepowers. The acceleration is adapted and it provides a good diversion grade. The automatic transmission of six speeds can occur semi-manually by means of two levers behind the frill, and also it has a sports way that cuts the speeds away more quickly, slightly necessary for a more energetic handling. But the interaction between the engine and the transmission is not really sports, and the semi-manual changes are more adapted for when we want to accelerate immediately occasionally, and not so much to try to experience a competitive handling. Also, the transmission has a way for winter that is activated by means of a button, and regulates the potency of the engine to prepare skids in slippery paving.
The direction is soft, but I had liked that it was more direct and with more reaction to the paving. Nevertheless, in general the XF feels balanced, it is easy to control and a pleasure of handling.

Enclosed Chrysler, which went out of the bankruptcy in June, saw his declination limited.
“ Hardly the things can deteriorate”, thought Jesse Toprak, general manager of analysis of the industry for the Web place Edmunds.com, specialized in cars.
Good symptoms

The buyers can anticipate a price of approximately $ 32.500 for Chevrolet Volt in the United States when it comes to the concessionaires at the beginning of 2011, the vice-president of General Motors revealed recently in retirement Bob Lutz to the program Late Night de David Letterman, for CBS. He did not announce the price to himself for Canada.
Certainly, this is the first official word of General Motors on the price of the first electrical motorcar of massive production of the signature.
“ We have 50 units now”, affirmed Lutz Letterman on the situation of the Volt. “We have constructed another pair of hundreds more for tests”, he added.
When one asked him on prices, he answered that “our most accurate calculation is about $ 40.000 and (after a refund of the American government of approximately $ 7.500) the client can anticipate approximately 32.500".
Lutz added that the Volt “will be constructed in the United States and will be exported to the whole world”.
He added that the Volt will begin coming to the concessionaires at the end of 2010 “with full availability in the exhibition lounges at the beginning of 2011”.

The results of the study identified that the 10 most deadly areas between the 50 biggest metropolitan areas of the nation concentrate in the south of the United States, including 4 in Florida.
