The president Obama also adopted the following decisions, across executive orders:

The examination will analyze if it has to the-Marri the right to begin a demand to the government for his freedom, a right that the Supreme Court has already granted to the arrested in Guantanamo. The government alleges that to the-Marri it is an agent of to the-Qaida. Al-Marri denies it.

Executive orders

Between the presidential executive orders expressed from Wednesday, the 21st are the following ones:

The pilot of the plane of the company US Airways that landed on water in the river Hudson, with 155 passengers and crew members on board, decided about last moment to descend on the aquatic route because to try to return to the airport, after which a birds flock damaged both engines of the ship, had caused a "catastrophic" fall in an inhabited area.
