The nightmare of Rafael Rivera, owner of a housing in Herndon also continued the same pattern: Shmuckler asked him for an advance for 3.500 dollars, also they said to him that he should not pay and now after calling personally to his bank, they have said to him that his house is in process of entering sequestration and that the only thing that can do to save it is to pay the debt that amounts to more than 14.000 dollars. Rivera points out that he listened to the services of this company in a local Latin radio where one was promoting the company Nova Key Financial like intermediary of Shmuckler.
“ I had to call myself to my bank to know how my case was advancing and happened with the ungrateful surprise that on March 17 my house would bring in in the foreclosure process”, expresses Rivera.

The authorities of housing and of the local governments have noticed an increase in the number of companies that offer help in the loans negotiation in exchange for a payment, which in Maryland is an illegal practice. For his part the governor of Virginia, Timothy M. Kaine signed a law that it clarifies that this practice also is illegal in his region, but it allows companies according to the law constitu�das to receive a payment after having managed to help in the modification of a loan.

Five weeks after the first raid against undocumented workpeople of a factory realized during the current government, the majority of arrested not only went out at large but they received permission of employment.
The news was spread by daily “The Bellingham Herald”, of the city of Bellingham, in the state of frontier Washington with Canada, where there is the factory of engines Yamato Engine Specialists. On February 24 28 workers of this company were detained, in a raid of the agency of Control of Immigration and Customs (I HOISTED, for his initials in English). A whole of 25 workers is of Mexican origin. The number was completed by a Salvadoran, a Guatemalan and a Honduran, as confirmed the authorities. At the same time METER has decided to initiate a series of days of maintenance of trains and routes during the weekends of April. It is believed that due to the maintenance works the usarios will have to foresee debts of at least half an hour.
