Two maximum chiefs of police officer of the metropolitan area of Washington, DC, coincided with his companion of the same status of Los Angeles, William Bratton, who asked on Tuesday, the 27th his department to keep on being supported to the margin of the detention of undocumented persons, at the time that he advocated a migratory reform in the country.

“ It is not possible to lose the confidence of the people in the police, it is necessary to do that they feel free and comfortable to do a denunciation or to collaborate with the police if they are victims or witnesses of a crime”, said Manger.
For his part, the Chief of the Department of Police officer of the County of Prince George's (MD), lieutenant colonel Roberto L. Hylton, stressed that the program 287 (g) “does not serve for the residents of the county”.
“ The truth is that the police officer department is to preserve the safety of the whole community, between them that of the immigrants”, said Hylton, through the biggest Andrew Ellis, commander of the Division of Public information of the above-mentioned department of police officer.
Ellis repeated that the Hylton position is that “the police officers of the county do not want to be immigration agents”.
According to Ellis, “if the confidence of the people gets lost problems are generated big, since the witnesses do not want to give information or go to the courts”.
“ We do not want to do anything that affects in a negative way the collaboration of the Hispanic community, with which we have working of the hand”, it concluded.

Cuba is ready to support a dialogue “at any level” with the government of the United States and hopes to hear what the president Barack Obama thinks on an offer of enlargement of negotiations, affirmed on Wednesday, the 28th of October the island chancellor.
The Secretary of State, Bruno Rodr�guez, affirmed during an interview with The Associated Press that in these moments there is “less aggressiveness and less rhetorical” against Cuba on the part of the United States, and that if there was a will of Washington for going forward, it would be advanced “in topics of bilateral cooperation”.
“ We are ready to support a dialogue at any level with the government of the United States whenever it is respectful” and on bases of sovereign equality, pointed out Rodr�guez.
The chancellor spoke after the General Assembly of the UNO was voting of overwhelming form against the American sequestration for Cuba, something with what Rodr�guez said “to be very satisfied”.
Rodr�guez supported that the differences between the current ambassadress of the United States before the United Nations, Susan Czech Republic, and his predecessor, John Bolton, are “egg whites as the crystal”.
“ She is an articulated person, a decent person and with good will, like the president Obama. And we respect both that's why”, indicated Rodr�guez.
Nevertheless, during his speech before the assembly the chancellor criticized with hardness the American sequestration politics towards Cuba, considering it to be as “a haughty and uneducated act”. Czech Republic answered with the same tone.
“ The hostile language that we have just heard of the Cuban Secretary of State seems extracted of the epoch of the Cold War and does not drive to a constructive progress”, affirmed Czech Republic.
The American ambassadress before the UNO said that the United States would not approve the resolution condemning the sequestration due to the restrictions of the island to the social, political and economic freedoms, which “are the principal source of deprivation and the first obstacle to development in Cuba”.
Under the Obama government, the United States has smoothed restrictions in the mailing of remittances and Americans' trips with relatives in Cuba so that they could travel to the island, in addition to initiating negotiations to establish services of direct mail.

The American economy grew to a valuation of 3,5 % in the third trimester, his first advance in more than one year, giving the most robust indication until now of which the most serious recession from the 30s has ended.

According to the projections, Peru will be this year between the countries with major growth rate of the Gross national product. The Consumers' Federation of America (CFA, for his initials in English) presented a recent survey that reveals the absence of knowledge of the general intention of the cards of gift also calls “bank or cash gift cards” expressed by Visa, Master's degree Card or American Express.

The danger takes root in the above mentioned cards because they have a cost from 4 to 7 dollars and sometimes they are subject to cashings of up to 4.95 monthly dollars for maintenance after only six months of acquiring it.
“ The consumers clearly like the expediency and flexibility of these cards of gift of general intention, but at the same time they have a deep ignorance about the costs and risks”, affirmed the executive director of CFA, Stephen Brobeck.
The CFA, the National Association of Managers of Agencies of Consumption and the Association of Agencies of Local and State Consumer protection they are preparing an informative leaflet to alert the community. In whole 1.5 million copies will be distributed in the big chains of commercial shops like CVS, Walgreens, as well as in the shops that work with American Express.

Sadly famous “sniper of Washington”, John Allen Muhammad, heads without being able to give reverse gear towards the death penalty, in spite of the desperate efforts of his lawyers, who on Monday, the 26th sent a video to the governor of Virginia, Timothy Kaine, in which they request mercy for his defended one.
The judgment will be fulfilled unfailingly from 9 p.m. of next Tuesday, the 10th of November, confirmed judicial sources, who rejected the possibility of a pardon on the part of Kaine.
The governor, on having been asked on the same Tuesday on the mercy order, affirmed that this pardon happens “in the persons' cases that demonstrate that they are innocent or that they prove that a terrific error has been committed in the procedures, or a constitutional problem that he might avoid that the execution process goes forward”.
“ The truth is that I do not know about any fact in this case that might reach this level”, added Kaine, moving forward his decision.
Muhammad was sentenced to the capital punishment, by means of lethal injection, by the murder to shots of Dean Harold Meyers, who was supplying of fuel to his vehicle in a petrol station of Manassas (Virginia).
Meyers was one of ten fatal victims of the “sniper of the Beltway” – as also he was baptized - which it was murdering at random from his motorcar Chevrolet Caprice. Between they were two women of Hispanic origin. Another three persons turned out to be seriously wounds.
In the porter of his car, Muhammad conditioned an ambience where from his accomplice Lee Boyd Malvo, minor of that time of age, was shooting the people using an assault rifle, generating the panic for three weeks of October, 2002, in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia. Malvo purges life imprisonment in a penitentiary of Virginia.
Of not obtaining the pardon, the lawyers of the sniper announced that they will appeal to the Supreme Court.
The arrangements for the fulfillment of the judgment are realized in the “pavilion of the death” of the prison of Greensville, in the field of Jarratt (Virginia), where the special ambience is already had with the stretcher where the intravenous poisonous dose will be injected to the sniper.
