The husband of a worker who was suffering from an incurable renal illness was a protagonist of the most sublime case of conjugal love, on having donated one of his kidneys, which was transplanted successfully last Tuesday, the 18th, in a surgical intervention that was realized in the Hospital of
University Georgetown, in Washington DC.
David Larrea Delgado and his wife Jeaneth Olaguivel de Larrea prepare to live entirely through the second youth. She reacted well to the operation and his new kidney donated by David, began working immediately. This way they finished years of sufferings for Jeaneth, who had to surrender to periodic and painful hemodiálisis treatments, while it was remaining in “waiting-list“ for some donor.
But his husband had a surprise. Without she knowing it one making take the medical examinations of rigor, which determined that his kidney was compatible with the Jeaneth organism.
“ Instead of give him a diamond ring our 30 years of marriage that we fulfill next October 11, I have delivered to him one of my kidneys. It is the love of my life, my eternal love, and if another transplant was necessary, it would do it again”, said thrilled the husband.
David Larrea will be discharged this weekend in the hospital and his wife Jeaneth in the next days. For years, Jeaneth Olaviguel of Larrea was suffering strong pains in the back, until in 2007 they diagnosed a terminal renal illness, which might only be treated across one transplant of kidney.
From this date, Jeaneth was supported in a "waiting-list" of some donor, while he had to surrender every month to hemodiálisis treatments, or very painful blood washes, and that were making her completely exhausted.
In the morning of Tuesday, the 18th, his Calvary ended: this day received such an awaited kidney donated by his husband David Larrea Delgado, who gave him the surprise on having made take, without she knowing it, a whole of twenty medical examinations in the Hospital of the University Georgetown, in Washington DC. The tests determined that his kidney was compatible with the Jeaneth organism, what is quite rare between husbands couples.
A team of doctors headed by Dr. J. Keith Melancon, associate teacher and the director of the unit of transplants of kidney of the Georgetown University Hospital, was in charge of practising the surgical intervention.
Three hours later – time that the operation lasts knew that the transplant had been completely successful, since David's kidney was working without problems in the Jeaneth body, and produced urine immediately after the surgery.

Sublime love
On having been interviewed by Washington Hispanic, in a room in the sixth apartment of the Hospital of the University Georgetown, Jeaneth affirmed that it was sorry better “and to much been grateful to my husband, for this kindness so big that it shows towards my person”.
“ I am grateful to God also, because it is a question of having saved my life, something so important for my two children, for my family and I am so happy to live with the kidney of my husband”.
He said that one knew with David Larrea in August, 1976, in La Paz (Bolivia). She was studying accounting and was working in the National Meeting of the Association of the Presidency, while he was employed at the mayoralty of the city. “David was the orange average that I was walking looking”, says Jeaneth, while it was looking affectionately at his husband.
In 1979 they married and in 1990 they decided to emigrate to the United States, together with his two children, David Alejandro and Luis.
David Larrea mentioned that the decision to donate his kidney to Jeaneth “I took it as my own account, because it is the love of my life and he saw her suffering very much in the last months; I am happy to have delivered part of my body and to be necessary it would do it again”.
The organism of the donor turned out to be very healthy. “It will be because in my youth I was an athlete in my country and took part in 11 and 42 kilometers marathons, along with big Bolivian sportsmen”, it revealed.
At present, David Larrea is employed at a company of wash of carpets and building maintenance, “with what I am thinking about having fulfilled the American dream”.
Finally, it directed a message to the Hispanic families, “so that they understand that if we have the being loved next to us, and if he needs something that we have: why are not we going to give it to him?... that's why I ask the Latin community in general, and Bolivian in particular, that it is necessary to take the decision right now, because tomorrow it can be too much late”.

A real drama there are living through hundreds of thousands of resident Honduran in American territory, for the virtual existence of two presidents of Honduras, one of them (Manuel Zelaya) recognized by the United States and the international community but far from the capital Tegucigalpa and without public funds; and another (Roberto Micheletti) lacking in support in five continents but with the reins of the power – and of the Treasure - in his hands.
The Honduran consulates in the USA, between them that of Washington DC, now are headed by the vice-consul or the chargé d'affaires, after there had been dismissed the holders who had adhered to the "rebellious" Micheletti diet.
But the unusual thing is that the Micheletti government has cut the necessary tie to them to process passports and other documents, what has caused a real chaos in this vital service.
“ A terrorism species is a district attorney - diplomat directed from the government in Tegucigalpa”, admitted Juan Carlos Montoya, the First Secretary of the embassy of Honduras in Washington.
“ Our personnel is trying to offer the best attention to the public, across the step of safe-conduct, notarial letters and similar legal documents”, it added, but he said that “unfortunately the passports emission has been suspended”.
“ It demonstrates that the fact government does not have the minor interest in the community, which suffers the impact of the absence of this service; this government only serves to his personal intentions”, he said, in interview with Washington Hispanic.
It joins it the fact that the “chancellery of fact” has cut the budget to them, in such a way that the diplomatic personnel and of service he cannot receive his emoluments. “They are surviving with his resources and savings; that affects especially the people who has family and children”, pointed out Montoya.
The consulate general of Honduras in DC is in charge of the vice-consul Raúl Morazán, then that consul Bianca Micheletti (daughter of the president of fact of Honduras) was dismissed by the president Zelaya.
Montoya affirmed that “every who will bear what his savings allow it, although this is the strategy of the participants in a coup, that of drowning them financially”.
Similar situation is lived in the consulates of New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco, where as in Washington “preventive measures have had to be taken not to close the respective consulates”.

A Hispanic who was a confidant of the federal government and who was using in the Internet the pseudonym of “soupnazi“, along with another two computer pirates, stole the numbers and other information of 130 million credit cards and debit, and according to the FBI it is the biggest theft of this type in the cybernetic history.
28-year-old Albert González and native of Miami beat his own mark in the identity theft, although his boasting concluded when they imprisoned it under accusations corresponding to a previous case for the theft of 40 million information of cards, announced the federal district attorney's office, who referred to the crime like “the biggest crime of computer piracy and theft of identities never processed by the Department of Justice of the United States”.
González, an ex-informant of the American Secret Service, helped this federal organism to chase and detain the cyberpirates dedicated to growing with this crime, said the authorities. The SS discovered later that was working with thugs, to whom it was facilitating information about the current investigations, going so far as even to alert an individual, according to the authorities.
Between the networks to which they gained access they are the chain 7-Eleven, the company of management of electronic payments Heartland Payment Systems and the chain of supermarkets Hannaford Brothers, in addition to two companies which identity has not been revealed.
The accusation makes sure that the antisocial ones, which initiated his operations in October, 2006, were sending the information that they were obtaining to computer servants who were operating in New Jersey and in the exterior of the United States.

For more than two hours the secretary of the safety Department Interns (DHS, for his initials in English), Janet Napolitano and members of the White House met on Thursday, the 20th of August representatives of organizations and interested leaders for promoting and obtaining a migratory reform. There came to the appointment surprisingly the president Barack Obama, who reaffirmed his commitment with a comprehensive reform of the system of immigration and admitted that this is the best way of controlling a broken, out of date system and of guaranteeing the safety.
During the meeting the leaders and taking part activists demanded from Janet Napolitano that he should exercise a major pressure in the Congress so that the project of a migratory reform is a concrete reality this autumn when the legislators return from the summer recess.
For his part Neapolitan admitted that it must improve the communication on the topic of the migratory reform with the legislators and understood that it must realize a work of more consistent leadership.
Almost two months ago during the meeting that it supported the president Obama also with leaders pro immigrant designated Neapolitan like the person entrusted to work with the legislators to give form and to initiate the debate of a migratory reform.
